2025 Annual HOA Meeting

The 2025 Annual Meeting took place tonight at the Fernandina Beach airport terminal building.   Please check out the Meeting Minutes if you weren't able to attend and see the new look Officers, Board Membership and Committees.

Barrington Holiday Party 2023!

We’re doing it again!  The Barrington Holiday party is on  .  Dress for the temperature and bring your own chairs.  Bring one dish of finger food to share

AT&T Underground Cable Work - week of 11/27/2023

 AT&T has notified us that the Underground Construction company will be doing the fiber build in our neighborhood next week.  The neighborhood has been fully located by Sunshine 811 so it is ready to work. They will be placing door hangers this week and we will start the actual dig work on Monday 11/27/23.

AT&T Fiber Optics is coming to Barrington...

We have received notification that AT&T Fiber Optics will be installed for our subdivision in the next 2-4 months.  Please check your email for more details.
