Merry Christmas Neighbors!

Good Food, Good drink and a Good time were had by all as we made our way through the neighborhood in our first Christmas Progressive dinner party.   This could be the beginning of a new holiday tradition.  

Goodbye Irma (and good riddance)...

Well, it looks like we all made it through hurricane Irma relatively unscathed.  Yes, we lost power, yes we had some downed trees and a lot of clean up, but we were all very lucky.   We also had a lot of fun just hanging our with the neighbors!  

Aspire Construction - EARLY morning noise exemption...

Hello All,

We received the following communication from the city regarding construction at Aspire Amelia.  Please take note.

Choate Construction has requested and been granted an exemption from the City’s noise ordinance to accomplish up to nine (9) early morning concrete pours, beginning at 3am, between 9/1/17 and 10/31/17.  They are required to provide the City notice concerning these upcoming pours so we can give advance notice to neighbors.  The first of these pours is scheduled for this Thursday (9/7) morning.  Area residents can expect to hear a number of concrete trucks entering and leaving the site, along with their requisite back-up beepers. 

We apologize for any inconvenience created by these activities and pledge to keep you advised of any upcoming activities which might deviate from the normal construction routine currently underway.

Welcome to Summer!

This past year has been an active one!   We've see new neighbors move into lots 1, 4, 6, 10, 11, & soon 17.  Construction is also underway on lots 5 & 14.   That's a 3rd of the subdivision!   Please welcome all our new neighbors.

Annual Fees and Meeting Minutes...

Thanks to everyone who came to the Annual HOA meeting.   We elected officers, board members, changed up a few of the committees and took care of a few pressing issues.  The meeting minutes are now posted here for those that could not attend.

HOA Fees for 2017 were due Feb 1, 2017.  The fees are the same as last year ($500 per lot) and can be made payable to Barrington HOA and mailed c/o Elsa Mitschele, 3105 Aha Ct., Fernandina Beach 32034.

2017 Annual HOA Meeting

It's that time again, time for our annual HOA meeting.  This year's meeting will take place on January 30, 2017 (Monday) at the Fernandina Beach Public Library on 4th Street downtown.  We'll elect officers and a board of directors as well as review our financials and assign committee members.
