Amelia River to Sea Trail Ground Breaking!
Tomorrow there will be a ground breaking for the trail from the ball fields on Bailey Rd down Simmons and over to the Ocean!

Well, it looks like the old AT&T lot on Amelia Rd by Kenneth Ct is looking to be annexed into the city and zoned for commercial use! For more details, see the post on Facebook here:

"In addition to covering local news, the Fernandina Observer will also host moderated discussions on issues of local importance, such as the upcoming referendum to annex all property with the 32034 ZIP Code into the city of Fernandina Beach and plans to convert a former church parking lot at 4th and Alachua Streets into the city’s recycling center."

Updates to Fence Guideline and DRB Fees...
As discussed at the Annual HOA Meeting back in January, we've updated the fencing guidelines to help people better understand what the Design Review Board will approve. Hopefully this will eliminate any questions and make it easier for everyone in the future.
We've also revised the fee schedule for the Design Review Board. We'll no longer be requiring a $350.00 fee for each submission! The fees are now much more reasonable and based on the type of activity you're planning.

2018 Annual Meeting
It's that time again, time for our annual HOA meeting.
This year's meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 30, 2017 at 7 5:30 PM ET. We're checking to see if we can get the Fernandina Beach Public Library on 4th Street downtown again, but if not we'll find an alternate location. We'll elect officers and a board of directors as well as review our financials and assign committee members.
If anyone has an item/issue they'd like added to the agenda please let me know and I'll see that it gets added.
